“너는 마음을 다하여 여호와를 신뢰하고 네 명철을 의지하지 말라 (Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding.)”
잠언 3:5
“온 마음을 다해”라는 주제는 하나님께 부분적인 것이 아닌 전부를 드리는 삶, 곧 나뉘지 않은 마음으로 하나님께 헌신하는 삶을 의미합니다. 우리의 감정, 우선순위, 신뢰까지도 모두 하나님께 드리는 것입니다. 하나님은 지금도 우리에게 온 마음으로 돌아오라고 부르고 계십니다.
이번 수련회는 그동안 놓쳐버렸던 것들을 하나님께 다시 드리고, 결코 우리를 포기하지 않으신 하나님께 우리의 마음 전체를 다시 드리는 시간이 될 것입니다.
Wholehearted means giving God our complete devotion; not holding back pieces of ourselves, but offering Him our affections, our priorities, and our trust.
Over time, we all give parts of our hearts away to other things. We get distracted, discouraged, or simply drift. But God never gives up on us. This retreat is an invitation to come back…to gather up the scattered pieces of our hearts and offer them fully to the One who has been patiently waiting for us.
